I am delighted to welcome you to the recruitment website for the roles of Executive Headteacher and two Heads of School which have come about following the Federation of Hartley Brook and Hatfield Primary Schools.  I hope that this website will give you a real insight into our community and our vision for the future – a future we hope you can help us create.

The Federation of Hartley Brook and Hatfield was formed in September 2009 with the aim of building a learning community that is second to none, providing each and every one of our pupils with a high quality education and excellent pastoral care. This next step will bring great rewards and challenges.  We are looking for an exceptional leadership team to help shape our future and ensure that we build on the existing strengths of each school and make the most of the opportunities that Federated status brings.
